What we collect
EventLens collects information needed to run the service: studio account details (name, email, authentication), organization and event metadata, photos uploaded by studios, and—when a guest uses find-me—a selfie used only to search that gallery.
Guest selfies
A guest selfie is used only to find matching photos in the gallery they opened. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train third-party models. Matching happens for that gallery request; studios control the photos and guest access settings (including link expiry).
Photos and ownership
Event photos remain under the control of the studio that uploaded them. Retention follows studio actions and gallery settings (for example, deleting events, galleries, or photos, or letting a guest link expire). Guests receive access only through links or invitations the studio shares.
Accounts and security
Studio sign-in may use email and password or Google. We store credentials securely and use session tokens to keep you signed in. Do not share your studio login.
